Welcome to Heal & Thrive (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HealThrive.net and any purchases of our physical and digital products (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1) Who We Serve
You must be 18+ to purchase from us. If you buy for someone else, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.
2) Products & Ordering

Physical items include (for example) our card decks and healing kits.

Digital items include (for example) downloads, PDFs, guides, and videos.

Custom items include made-to-order or personalized goods (e.g., custom kits).
We may update product details, pricing, and availability at any time.
3) Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping (displayed at checkout). We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders are not binding until accepted and paid.
4) Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the address you provide. Risk of loss passes on delivery by the carrier. Please verify your address before purchasing.
5) Returns, Refunds & Replacements (Read Carefully)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Custom items are non-refundable and final sale.

Digital products are non-refundable and final sale once delivered/access granted.
Damaged/defective on arrival? We’ll replace it.

A brief description
If approved, we’ll replace the same item at no additional cost. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds. (North Carolina law allows sellers to set and post an “all sales final” policy; online purchases generally do not have a 3-day cancellation right—those rights apply to door-to-door/home-solicitation sales, not typical online orders.
Pre-Orders (Charge Timing, Delays & Refunds)

Payment timing. Pre-orders are charged at checkout to reserve inventory and fund production.

Estimated ship dates. Dates are estimates and may shift due to supplier or carrier issues. We’ll email you if the estimate changes.

If we can’t fulfill your pre-order. If an item becomes unavailable or we determine we cannot fulfill your pre-order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the cancellation notice. (Your bank/payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.)

The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company’s provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, time bombs or other harmful components. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
8) Misprints & Availability
Occasionally information may contain errors or omissions (e.g., price, description, availability). We reserve the right to correct them and to cancel orders with a full charge reversal if we cannot fulfill them.
9) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other accounts, reverse engineer any part of the Services, or violate any applicable laws, including North Carolina’s Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act. North Carolina General Assembly+1
10) Disputes; Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina for any dispute not resolved informally. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
